Where can I have my picnic?
You can have it anywhere! A park, your backyard, your living room, etc. We can call and get approval if needed.
How far will you travel?
We will travel within 10 miles of the Indianapolis area at no additional cost. If you would like us to travel beyond that, we are happy to discuss that with a $100 travel fee.
Do you provide alcohol?
No, we do not. Also, please keep in mind, most public parks do not allow alcohol on the premises if you choose to set up at a park.
Who sets up and tears down the picnic?
We do! All you have to do is show up and enjoy.
Do you provide ice and beverages?
Ice is included as an add-on. We do not provide beverages at this time.
Can we leave our picnic early?
Yes, with a 30 minute notice via text. You are responsibile for all items until we arrive to collect them.
Can we add time during our picnic?
You can add extra time for $90 per additional hour. However, this is subject to availability at that time. You can also add additional time in advance when you are booking your picnic.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Rather than charge an upfront damage deposit we believe in mututal trust and respect.
You are obviously a super-cool person (since you booked a picnic party with us!) and I have every reason to believe you will fully enjoy you picnic experience respectfully and without destroying the rental materials.
We want you to have the best picnic experience possible. Normal wear and tear is to be expected so use the napkins, lounge away on the pillows and clink your glasses!
If something is damaged or destroyed through wanton recklessness (bar cart surfing, tap dancing on the tables or using a white pillow as a napkin to wipe Buffalo sauce off your beautiful face …for example) it’s going to need to be repaired or replaced.
I trust you to acknowledge and compensate for that in the final billing.
Do you trust me to be abundantly fair and reasonable?
In the extremely unlikely event that we need to address an issue like this I will send photos of the damage either immediately (while you are still on-site) or within 4 hours after the conclusion of the picnic and provide repair or replacement value prior to invoicing.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
If you plan to have your picnic outside and there is a 50% or higher chance of rain in the forecast 24 hours before you may reschedule for a different available day or you can simply change your picnic to an indoor location. Unfortunately, there are no refunds.
Can I choose my theme?
At this time, we are not doing customized themes. However, feel free to share your vision with us and we will do our best to accomodate. We pride ourselves in always delivering an amazing and beautful experience.
How do I book?
Simply click the ‘Book’ button on any of the packages to schedule your picnic day, time and location. You can also select the number of guests and include picnic add-on’s at this time.
Do you provide food during the picnic?
Some add-on options include light food and the bridal shower option includes a cake. If you would like additional food you can bring your own or we have some great catering recommendations that can provide food as well.
Can I bring my kids?
Kids are always welcome! The kid’s tea party is set up to accomodate kids. We do ask that if you are bringing kids to any of the other packages that you let us know in advance.
What COVID-19 measures are in place?
We take COVID-19 very seriously and we want our guests to feel 100% comfortable. Here are some things we are doing to help everyone feel comfortable and safe:
- single use utensils
- paper napkins if requested
- hand sanitizer and wipes at each picnic
- we will continue to wear face masks when setting up and delivering picnics
